- For non-travel wedding parties larger than four (4) people, we require a deposit of $50/per person to hold bridal party spots for in-shop services. The deposit is due four (4) weeks prior to the wedding date.

DAY OF SERVICES
DeeDee’s day of studio pricing is as follows for Brides, Bridesmaids, Mother, Flower Girls, Grandmothers, etc.:
- Day of Hair & Makeup – $200
- Day of Hair only – $150
- Day of Makeup only – $150
- Prep/Style Clip-In Extensions – $30
- Eyelashes – $10
Q: I want long hair for my wedding. Do you sell hair extensions?
A: No, but you can find them at most hair stores. Please make sure they are made of real human hair. They should also be washed and dried before use. Please notify me at least one week prior to the event date if anyone will be using their personal clip-in hair extension. Rolling and styling clip-in hair extensions is an additional $30.

- Available appointments Tuesday – Saturday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Q: Can this be used as my trial run?
A: Yes, but we only suggest this if you know exactly what hairstyle you want. When doing hair and makeup for your shoot, we cannot make changes during this session, or your hair will become overworked and fall.
TRIAL RUN
DeeDee does not require a trial run; she offers it to make the bride feel more comfortable on her wedding day.
- Hair & Makeup Trial Run – $200
- The trial focuses on your hair and skin type, hair accessories or veil choices, dress style, colors, wedding themes, and your personal preferences.
- The trial includes up to 3 different hair styling options and makeup application. Lashes are optional and cost $10. Clip-in extensions are optional and cost $30.
- Brides who book their hair and makeup for the day of their wedding will receive $20 off their appointment. This discount is for Brides Only.
- Hair Only Trial Run – $150
- The trial focuses on your hair and hair accessories or veil choices, the style of dress, colors, wedding themes, and your personal preferences.
- The trial includes up to 3 hair-styling options. Clip-in extensions are optional and cost $30.
- Makeup Only Trial Run – $150
- The trial focuses on your skin type, colors, wedding themes, and personal preferences.
- The trial includes makeup application. Lashes are optional and cost $10.
Available appointments Tuesday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Trial runs can be booked through our regular app. But for the wedding day, you will need to complete the form below.

- Document your Trial Run with as many photos as you’d like.
- Bring a few photos of looks you like
- Bring a picture of your dress
- Wash and dry hair prior to the appointment
- Wear a light colored button down shirt
- Bring your veil or hair accessories with you
- Trial Runs are NOT required. They are offered at a discounted price to make you feel more comfortable on your wedding day.
BRIDAL PARLOR RENTAL with BEAVER FLATS CABIN
If you have a large party, we would like to offer you the Parlor Room at a discount when you book your hair & makeup with DeeDee. The Parlor Room is a private lounge area with a private restroom and vanities. The perfect space for your friends/family to hang out while you get ready for your event. It will allow you to spread out a bit and bring food/drinks to enjoy while you are being pampered. By paying/renting this space, you agree to:
- Do not exceed the maximum standing capacity limit set by the fire marshal for the Beaver Flats Cabin Parlor Room, which is 20-25 people.
- All food and beverages must be brought in by the renting party. Alcohol is allowed on site.
- No one outside DeeDee and her team is allowed to perform hair and makeup on other people at Beaver Flats Cabin unless approved by DeeDee in advance.
- There is no cleanup fee; however, please take everything you brought with you when you leave. This includes food, beverages, and trash unless approved by DeeDee beforehand.
- The Parlor is rented out only once per day; however, please note that once hair and makeup are complete, the facilities will likely be locked after your exit. You will need to take all belongings with you. We are not responsible for valuables left behind.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
We are often asked, “Do you travel on location? Is there an additional fee?” The answer is Yes and Yes. DeeDee can bring her beauty services to you. All areas will have a fee determined by travel time/distance. Please inquire about your location for more details at deedeepageanthm@gmail.com.
- January – May: DeeDee only works out of her studio. We do not schedule travel weddings during these months.
- June – December: DeeDee works out of her studio and will travel for an additional fee.

Q: Is there a minimum to travel on location?
A: Yes, we require a minimum of four (4) people to receive hair and four (4) to receive makeup. The services can be broken up into how you like.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit or sign a contract?
A: A contract and deposit are required for all travel weddings. After completing your contract, you can mail it in with your deposit to reserve your date and ensure it is available. The date is reserved as soon as we receive the contract and deposit.
Q: What does the travel fee cover?
A: What most people don’t realize is that DeeDee is clearing her schedule for those hours to come on-site with you. That is essentially several hours of her time she could use to style other clients in her studio. She also has to pack her entire studio and make it mobile. The fee covers time, travel, mileage/gas, and payment to her assistant(s) for their time and work.
Q: After signing my contract and paying my deposit, what if I need to add or subtract someone from my party?
A: You may always try to add attendants/services to the list one week prior to the event date, but you cannot take away attendants/services. If, for some reason, a party member needs to drop out, you are still required to pay the agreed amount; however, you may replace that person with another family member or friend.
